Last time, we looked at 5 of the biggest tires ever created. From earthmover wheels to a tire-themed Ferris wheel, these giant rubber monstrosities are as impressive as they are large. Back by popular demand, here are five more of the biggest tires known to mankind.

Group 49 & Group 50 Farm Tires

Tractors have grown immensely in size over the years, so it only follows that their tires have gotten a whole lot larger as well. First manufactured by Goodyear, group 49 & 50 tractor tires are over seven feet tall, delivering incredible traction to modern tractors and combines.

Goodyear 63” RM-4B+

Improving on Goodyear’s already-massive RM-4B, the RM-4B+ is a whopping 13 feet tall. Like many of the tires contending for the title of “world’s largest,” these enormous creations are equipped on the massive earthmoving trucks used in industrial mining operations. With these trucks carrying loads up to nearly 350 tons and powered by three 500hp engines, these are some incredibly tough tires.

Michelin 5980R63XRD

Built specifically for the largest dump truck in the world (the Caterpillar 797B) these tires are engineered for a longer lifespan and increased durability compared to similar models. Coming in at 13 feet tall and weighing in at 11,000 pounds, the beastly tires carry a price tag worthy of their gargantuan size—over $40,000 each.

Bridgestone 59/80R63 V-Steel

Bridgestone’s answer to the large earthmover segment is just as hulking as its competitors. At 13 feet tall, nearly 60” wide, and weighing in at over 10,000 pounds, each of these tires has an impressive load rating of 101 metric tons.

The Hester Tire

Rounding out our list of the world’s largest tires is something of a novelty: the Hester Tire. This enormous display tire was commission by the proprietor of Hester Tire Pros in Bladenboro, North Carolina to serve as a roadside attraction. Specially produced by Michelin, this gigantic display tire serves as an eye-catching gimmick for its owner. At 14 feet tall and weighing over 10,000 pounds, its owners claim this clever display to be the world’s largest tire.
