Accumulation

Designed specifically for Green Tire Handling and Post Curing Cooling Circuit, ZonAcc positive drive conveyors with Zone Control provide zone accumulation and non-contact tire accumulation. ZonAcc also minimizes control I/O compared to traditional systems.

UMD has also designed a standard retrofit kit for traditional line shaft driven conveyors. By adding a special component, the system produces less pressure in the accumulation function but greater driving force in the conveyance function.
