ZTR 2100 Powered Curve
The 90-degree and 180-degree ZTR 2100 provides smooth and reliable transfers while maintaining product location and orientation. The non-adhesive flattop belt doesn’t allow for relative movement between the product and the belt, while maintaining a small constant inner radius.
The ZTR curves can be used as an additional accumulation zone, safe for green tires with no catch points and maintaining consistent tire spacing. The ZTR has improved reliability and increased system uptime, resulting in greater productivity. With overall improvement to product stability and system performance, the ZTR curve has greatly reduced the annual cost of ownership.
Motorized Driven Roller (MDR)
Motorized Driven Rollers (MDR) utilizing Intralox belting and sprockets prevent green tires from sticking to the conveyor, which could potentially damage the tire or conveyor itself. The MDR is manufactured in independent sections or zones. This gives the ability to easily add more zones into your system or move sections to be used in another area.
People Movers
