Accumulation

ZonAcc positive drive conveyors provide efficient non-contact accumulation of rubber products, packages, totes, etc. The ZonControl feature minimizes control I/O compared to traditional systems.

ZonARoll conveyors are zoned motorized roller accumulators for non-contact accumulation of tires and rubber products, packages, totes, etc. Each zone features a self-contained motor within the rollers allowing easy maintenance. Daisy chain control minimizes control I/O compared to conventional systems.

UMD has also designed a standard retrofit kit for traditional line shaft driven conveyors. By adding a special component, the system produces less pressure in the accumulation function but greater driving force in the conveyance function.
